Register with us and provide us with the necessary documents, such as scanned copies of your 10-year assessment form, 12-year assessment form and pass certificate, MDCAT certificate, and the first and last pages of your passport.
We will forward the application to the concerned university.
Once the application is accepted, the university will issue a provisional admission decision to confirm the student’s acceptance. We will then receive the provisional admission decision, visa application form, medical examination form and regulation form.
All the above forms are completed and signed and sent to Intimestudy Advisors.

Medical examination form completed, stamped and signed by a government doctor, with the doctor’s registration number and photograph on the first page and the hospital’s stamp on the reverse. Other supporting medical reports (hepatitis B, blood type, VDRL, HIV, ECG, eye exam, chest x-ray, blood pressure and blood count) must also be submitted.
The Intimestudyadvisors will then ask you to complete a JW202 form.
Within 21 days of receiving the JW202 form and the original passport, Intimestudyadvisors will apply for a visa from the Chinese consulate/embassy. The visa will be delivered to the applicant within ten days.
The student should then receive a letter of instruction from Intimestudy Advisors and make all necessary travel arrangements. All original documents and certificates will be submitted to the relevant university.
